Rotary Filler Sealer for Preformed Pouches – Fast Changeover, 24/7 Operation
For manufacturers demanding uninterrupted production, this continuous motion pre-made bag packager delivers reliable performance across zipper, stand-up, and flat pouches. The rotary design eliminates start-stop motion, reducing mechanical wear and increasing output consistency.
The automatic bag loading system holds up to 300 preformed pouches in the magazine. Vacuum suckers open each bag while sensors verify full opening before product drops. Unopened bags are automatically rejected, preventing spillage into the seal area.
Sealing parameters adjust dynamically based on bag material – from polyethylene to laminated foil with zipper tracks. The resulting seal withstands transit and shelf handling, critical for reclosable packaging where consumers expect multiple open-close cycles.
This machine is built for 24/7 operation with sealed bearings and grease-packed moving parts. A remote diagnostic port allows our technicians to troubleshoot issues without visiting your factory. Available with 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 stations. Typical applications include frozen fruits, granola, coffee beans, detergent powder, and liquid hand soap sachets.
